This clinic does not include a full examination. Please schedule a yearly examination with your regular, full service veterinarian.
We have updated our check-in and out process and switched to electronic medical records. Please be patient as we adopt these changes! You may also pre-register using the link at the top of the page. Pre-registration does not mean you will be seen at a certain time, it only allows for a faster check-in which decreases everyone's wait time.

This information will make your trip more enjoyable for you and your pet:
- When you pull in, our volunteer will come to your car with forms and a number card to be displayed on your windshield. If you arrive before 9:30 am our volunteers will not be here in time to hand out numbers in the order of arrival so please understand you will get whatever number the volunteer has for you, not necessarily the number of your arrival.
- Staff will come to your car to check you in. Please have your vaccine history ready so we do not have to wait for you to find it.
- When it is your turn, your number will be displayed on the tall sign
- If concerned we didn’t see you, please leave your pet in the car and come to the front area for assistance
- Please bring your vaccine history with you. For a 3-yr rabies vaccine purchase, you must have written documentation that pet received a 1-yr rabies vaccine. A rabies tag will not be sufficient.
- All dogs must be leashed with a regular, non-retractable leash; cats in crates. No exception. We will have non-slip leads for you to rent for $2 to attend the clinic if you do not have a regular leash.
- We prefer children not come to the clinic as it is busy with pets and we don’t want your child to be injured. If your child is with you, please keep him/her with you at all times. Children should not approach other dogs, even if they seem friendly.
- Adults only must handle the pet at all times.
- You must be able to handle each of your dogs as we do not have enough volunteers/staff to assist everyone.
- We are NOT able to write outside prescriptions. If you plan on ordering heartworm medication from Chewy.com or another online pharmacy please be advised that your regular Veterinarian must approve it.
- All flea and heartworm prevention sales are final.
- Our clinic ENDS at 1 pm. Anyone who arrives after 12:30pm may be turned away if there is more than a 30-minute wait. Please arrive earlier to ensure your pet is seen.
