Border Collie mix, Buddy
male, 63 lbs, 9 yrs,
Always ready to shake hands w/either
Paw, compatible w/dogs & cats, loves treats, very attentive to his humans,
good alert dog w/strangers
Australian Shep, Border Collie mix, Bernie,
7 yrs, 55 lbs, male, 21 inches tall, gorgeous amber eyes, gentle nature, good w/ dogs, cats, would be very unhappy without a companion canine
Australian Cattle Hound mix, April 4, 2018 Apollo, 5 yrs,
60 lbs, We love Apollo dearly, but he no longer gets along with our other male dog and we hope to find a new home for him where he will be an only dog. While he has been aggressive with our other dog recently, he plays well with other dogs when we take him to the dog park. Apollo is house and crate-trained, smart and easily trained. He loves to play fetch, swim, and chew tennis balls until they pop. Apollo is affectionate, and naps at my feet when working or watching TV. We have a cat he tries to herd and is puzzled that she doesn’t want to play with him; other than that, dog and cat co-exist just fine.
Siamese mix, Simon,
ale, 10 months. Will need a calm, patient home. Does not seem to mind the dogs and has not been around other cats. Enjoys being held and having his chin scratched.
Joey The Cat, 15yrs,
super duper sweet & cuddly, fine w/ cats, this sweet boy lost his Mom when she passed from cancer, this old boy just needs a quiet home to live out his life

Mix, Margot, April 17
very sweet 12 yrs, medium sized black mutt with great temperament, adopted her at 5yrs and have so enjoyed having her in our home, she loves cuddling and is low maintenance, she only needs short walks, all this dog really wants is a person to cuddle with, we have a baby who Margot does not like, we have tried to make it work between them but it just isn't working out, her behavior towards the baby has gotten worse over time and I think she would be happier in a home without toddlers, she is so good with older kids who know how to be gentle and is so affectionate
Hound mix, Rosie, female, 40 lbs, 2yrs, Athletic, affectionate, attentive, runs like a gazelle and has a very showy prance. Loves training and tries hard to “get it right”. She's tried Parkour and Flyball in addition to puppy class and basic obedience. Scent work is on her “to-do” list. Always friendly with people including kids and young adults but is too enthusiastic for young children. No cats. May be best as an only dog since she commandeers all toys from her current canine roommate. A truly great companion for an active individual or family who wants to include their dog in their adventures and then settle on the couch when they’re done for the day.
Rat terrier, Petey
male, 4 months, 13 lbs, like most puppies, Petey is full of energy, loves playing with dogs of all sizes, great w/ kids, and has been around cats, loves toys, already knows basic obedience.
Pit/Boxer Mix, Polly
don't be afraid of my breed though; I'm a huge love bug, 10months, rescued from awful situation, and now LOVE life,I loves to romp and wrestle in the yard at The Den w/pooch pals, takes an occasional dip in the pool, a quick learner, needs practice with training and lots of attention, best in a family with another medium sized dog who loves to play, never met cats or kids, but think she would be fine w/ them, likes to snuggle
The Doggy Den
Pit Bull, Jayda, 2yrs, female, 55lbs, a rescue that was underweight & pregnant, all pups have found homes, this sweet girl is looking for hers, can be a little shy w/ new things but once a she warms up she becomes a very goofy dog who loves to play, Jayda loves everyone she meets, she LOVES kids, gets along great w/ all dogs, even goes to the dog park! loves car rides & does EXTREMELY well in a car, she will sit in one spot and stay there the whole ride, her favor spot is the front passenger seat, she is housebroken and crate trained, she walks very nice on a leash! She is such a wonderful dog
