Stickney Family/North Steppe Feline Fix

11/19/2015

Stickney Family & North Steppe Realty
Feline Fix All the kitties you see here were spayed/neutered courtesy of the Stickney Family and North Steppe Realty. Many of the families told us of saving the cats from dire situations. One kitten was being hit by neighborhood kids. One cat had been seen around the neighborhood for many months before the family could befriend her enough to catch her. In one case, it was the kitten doing the rescuing. A military family saved a kitty from the streets, but they were not going to keep her. The husband was not a cat person; he was willing to help her, but did not want keep her. While looking for a home for her, this stray kitty struck up a friendship with the veteran, who has PTSD. She brought him so much peace and comfort that they decided to keep her as part of their family. The family has two more stray
cats they need help with and we are going to provide services to them. Thank you for your service to keep us safe.

Brotherly Love

Fowler & Tito have lived as our office kitties for many years now.  Fowler was one of the 5 cats we saved from what was left at the home of a rural rescue person who had passed away.   Tito Jackson was an original member of our Jackson 5 kitties who were left to fend for themselves in a taped shut cardboard box.  For some reason, all our office cats, even a feral who visits periodically, are drawn to Tito.  He has such magnetism.  Please help us spread the word about our cats looking for a home.  Even though our name doesn’t reflect it, we usually have a dozen cats looking for a home.  Please share this post with anyone that may be looking for a kitty….or two.  Call our office if you would like to visit with Tito or Fowler.  They don’t have to be adopted together.
