A statewide mobile spay/neuter service, targeting
areas with high animal population and few spay/neuter resources.

Support given to this project will directly
support more spay/neuter surgeries
of rural, low income residents.  Most
homeless dogs/cats are the result
of unplanned litters in low income communities.
To solve the overpopulation
problem in Ohio, we must focus on these communities to prevent euthanasia.

 About Us

For 13 yrs, we have been sprinting a marathon to save dogs/cats.  We know the most effective way to help the most dogs & cats is prevention.
First, we obtained office space and now have taken delivery of our first mobile truck to do spay/neuter in rural areas of Ohio.
We need to continue to raise enough funds to cover the salary for a vet, a vet tech, an assistant & supplies.  The more funds we raise, the more s/n surgeries we can do.

For sponsorship info, contact Kellie at 471-9000 or kdifrischia@gmail.com

We are incredibly excited to see our dream of doing high quality, high volume spay/neuter come to a reality.  We have known for many years now,
our most efficient use of donations and endless blood, sweat and tears we (and all rescue people) put into saving homeless dogs and cats,
is to get more spay/neuter services to the areas that need it most. This mobile truck will travel to rural counties to perform s/n services.  This truck will also afford us the opportunity to extend services to other rescues in order to help them serve even more homeless dogs/cats.

We could not have done this with out the generosity and support of many.  Without the support of Joyce & Bill, simply, we would still
be writing for grants to make the truck a reality.  We named the truck Andy after their beloved pooch Andy.
Our most heart felt thanks to Joyce and Bill for believing in our dream and caring so deeply about helping so many dogs and cats.

The best way we know how to thank them is to turn Ohio into a state that has no euthanasia for lack of space.

What Others are Saying:

SPOT is thrilled that "The Andy" is on the road. Our clinics have been great. The vehicle gets a lot of attention because it looks so good, and we are reaching pet owners who might not have bothered to get their pets fixed without that special motivation. The staff has gone out of its way to make everything turn out right.
Thanks,
Susan Moody    (Saving Pets One at a Time, Morgan Co Ohio)

Being a part of this service is a dream come true. Logan County has needed this service for so very long.  Dr. Beinlich and her staff are outstanding.
I enjoy their hard work and excellent care they give pets in their care.

Marcia Cloniger,
Logan Co Coordinator

It was a pleasure using their spay and neuter services for the first time. Everything went great and the staff were very competent and professional.

I just wanted to let you know the Red girl who had so much trouble in surgery is doing quite well. She is up and moving about today, very carefully, in the bathroom she is confined to. We've taken her outside a couple times, but she just sits down. She had some wet food (with dry mixed in) this morning, and her pills go right down if wrapped in a little bit of cheese.
Thank you so much for all the work you did on this girl. She's got a chance to get a new home and have a good life now. There is a bit of recovery time for her yet, but we are encouraged she is going to be just fine.
Please thank the wonderful woman who performed miracles and the tech who helped and anyone else who lent a hand in saving this girl's life. We are so thankful for the skill and dedication. Tim was so nice (in person and on the phone) and Ron is always a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you for the work you put into getting this program up and running. It is a wonderful operation and you have every reason to be very proud of yourselves.
-Chris Tanis, Independent Rescue
Special thanks to:
-Dr Gonzalez .  Maria Shriver described Dr G perfectly with this quote, People who are really good at their game are generous with their gifts".  Thanks to Dr G for being so generous and caring about the big picture, which is addressing the overpopulation problem.
-Mike & Bob at Lizard Skinz, made our truck "ours" and we could not be more tickled with it.  See more on them below.
-Laura Sauer, professional photographer who gave a day to shoot the dogs and cats on our truck.  And thanks to her assistant, Lisa Barton.
-Kathleen at Paw Prints Photography for doing an impromptu photo shoot of our cats !

We chose Lizard Skinz to wrap our truck because Mike had donated the wrapping of our recently donated van.
He didn't know at the time we had this HUGE project and was just helping our homeless dogs & cats.
Thanks to Bob for his patience in dealing with our extreme concern with the graphics in the wrapping of our truck !
If your company is looking to wrap a vehicle or a trailer, help us pay back the generosity of Lizard Skinz
They don't come any nicer than Mike & Bob. They're on 5th Ave in Grandview across from McDonalds.
